90°橡胶弯头由织物增强橡胶部件、扁平接头、松散金属法兰或螺纹管法兰组成，用于管道的隔振、降噪和位移补偿。

90度橡胶弯头由内橡胶层、强化层、外橡胶层、高温模压硫化成型的橡胶弯头和松套金属法兰组成。可曲挠橡胶弯头耐压高，弹性好，性能优越，使用寿命长，位移补偿量大，减震降噪效果明显，易于安装和维护，便于金属管路转向施工，是目前广泛采用的新型柔性接头产品。

按根据结构分为弯头球体，90°弯头。

按连接形式分为法兰连接、螺纹连接、螺纹管法兰连接。
高层使用橡胶弯头时，管道必须有固定支撑或固定支撑，否则产品应安装防拉脱装置。固定支撑或支架的力必须大于轴向力，否则还应安装防拉脱装置。

90°橡胶弯头

一、适用范围：

因其具有良好的综合性能，因此广泛应用于化工、建筑、给排水、石油、重工业、冷冻、卫生、水暖、消防、电力等基础工程中。

二、使用说明：

高层给水采用橡胶肘时，管道必须有固定支架或固定支架，否则产品应安装防拉装置。固定支架或托架的力应大于轴向力，否则，还应安装防脱装置。

三、适用介质：

根据材料不同，可制成耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、耐油、耐热等品种，以适应各种介质和环境。、

四、产品优势：

3.材料属极性橡胶，密封性好，重量轻，安装维护方便，寿命长，但避免与锋利的金属器械接触，以免刺破球体。

4.如果架空使用可以配备弹性支撑，安装时螺栓应对角拧紧。

5.管道压力过高时，用极限螺栓连接两端法兰。

6.法兰连接标准采用GB/T9115.1-2000标准，其他标准可另行说明。本产品的工作压力等级分为1.0MPa、1.6MPa、2.5MPa。

7.弯曲橡胶接头的正常适用介质是温度0-60°C的普通水，特殊介质如油、酸碱、高温等腐蚀性和质地硬时，应选择相应特殊材料的橡胶接头，不得盲目串联或通用。
